I want to express my deepest appreciation and gratitude for the professionalism, kindness, and empathy shown by your team. My day had started off pretty rough due to issues with my vehicle, and I was feeling overwhelmed and stressed. From the moment I arrived, the team treated me with genuine care, respect, and understanding. Their act of kindness and willingness to go above and beyond made a major impact on my day and completely changed my outlook. It's rare to encounter such outstanding customer service, and I truly appreciate the way I was treated throughout the entire experience. Thank you for turning a difficult situation into a positive one. Your professionalism and compassion did not go unnoticed. Because of the exceptional service I received, you have earned a lifetime customer in me. I highly recommend your team to anyone looking for a business that truly cares about its customers.

These guys are phenomenal. I took my truck to another shop that diagnosed the exhaust work needed, but quoted a price that seemed high. I called around and J Team said they'd need to see it to work up a quote, but could probably beat the competitor's price. They ended up beating it by about $600. It's rare to find a good and affordable mechanic these days, so they will have my business from now on.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. J Team really stands out for their honesty, integrity, and respect. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, I appreciate how willing they are to answer my questions, explain things clearly, and treat customers with genuine respect. Their prices are the fairest I've seen, their work is high quality, and they somehow manage to get everything done faster than I expect. They also have really helped me out in a pinch before a road trip and made the whole process easy and stress-free, which I appreciate so much. I really want to emphasize that these are genuinely good, honest people, and some of the friendliest I've met in Charlottesville. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

I honestly can’t say enough great things about out Shawn and his crew. My husband and I were in a bind and he dropped everything to help, fixed the problem and then fixed yet another problem which may have saved my marriage 😂 (fixed the air conditioning in 100 deg weather and a 7 hr trip ahead of us). On top of this miracle work, he charged us next to nothing. Really great crew. Made the whole experience so much better. What could have been a true nightmare turned into a blessing. Thanks guys!! We appreciate you so much! If you’re ever in Jersey, we got you!

Bryan and his team are honest and awesome! I needed a new A/C compressor for my 2012 CRV. Another shop quoted me very high and over a week to do it. Instead I brought it here to J Team. Bryan gave me a very fair quote and had it (as well as an oil change and tire replacement) taken care right away. I had my car back with the a/c blowing cold the next day. Great experience, this is the only shop I will be going to in the future!
